Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°F.

With an immersion blender, grind Little potatoes and all of the ingredients for the jerk seasoning.

In a large bowl, mix the seasoning with the potatoes, the chicken, the peppers and onions.

Place on a baking sheet and bake 25 minutes.

Remove from oven, blend a cooked sweet pepper with the yogurt.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve the dish with the yogurt sauce.
