Little Potato Spring Recipe Book 2020

Thanks for signing up to get our first ever e-recipe book! We’ve included some of our best Spring recipes from our Recipe Center, and added some brand new ones, specifically for this publication, including surprisingly new ways to use Creamer potatoes. We love cooking as much as you do, so we’ve tried to make it easy to use, easy to learn more, and easy to print if you want hard copies for your permanent recipe collection.

While we have suggested a specific Creamer varietal for each recipe, any of our naturally buttery Creamers will work.

We hope you enjoy the recipes as much as we did bringing them to you.
