Preparation

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Toss together Little potatoes with all other ingredients (except for red wine vinegar) on a baking sheet. Place in oven.

Roast for 30 minutes (turning pieces over a couple of times for even cooking).

Remove from oven, drizzle with vinegar, and serve.
