  • 1 package A Little Roasted Garlic, Rosemary & Thyme™ Microwave Ready Little Potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • (To taste) salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 small apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts or other nuts (optional)
  • (To taste) fresh parsley or green onions for topping

Instructions

  • Step 1

    In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey or maple syrup, salt, and pepper.

    In a large bowl, toss the warm potatoes with the cranberries, thinly sliced apple, and walnuts (if using).
