Make this steak and potatoes recipe in 20 minutes on your stovetop. All you need is a cast iron pan and some of your favorite Little potatoes!

Preparation

Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat. Add one tablespoon oil to coat the pan.

Season the steaks with salt and pepper and add to the pan. Sear on each side, about two minutes per side.

Reduce heat to medium and cook until desired temperature is reached (155°F for medium).

Meanwhile, remove microwave tray from Little Potato package and tear off seasoning pouch. Cook on high for five minutes.

Remove film, drizzle with one tablespoon oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Stir to coat.

When steak is cooked, remove to a plate to rest for five minutes. Serve with potatoes and salad or vegetables if desired.
