- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- To taste salt and pepper
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes, halved
- (For garnish) fresh parsley, chopped

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.

Toss in halved Little Potatoes, cover, and let marinate for 30 minutes. You can also put them in the fridge overnight.
