

Slow Cooker Ham and Potato Corn Chowder

A deliciously hearty and nutritious slow cooker chowder recipe with Little potatoes, ham, and veggies!

Preparation
Dice Little potatoes, onion, carrots, and celery.
Place diced vegetables into slow cooker along with minced garlic, diced ham, dried thyme, corn, and chicken broth.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Pour in milk.
Add instant mashed potato flakes. Start with one cup, stir, cover, and let sit for five minutes. If it’s not thick enough, slowly add in a little more. No more than two cups.
Allow the chowder to cook for an additional 20 minutes on low. Give it a taste and season with desired amount of salt and pepper.
Top each serving with shredded cheddar, cooked and crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions.
