This slow cooker garlic and Parmesan potatoes recipe is the perfect side to any meal! Just add a protein and salad and you have dinner.
- Slow cooker
- 2 packages A Little Garlic & Parsley™ Microwave Ready Little Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp salted butter
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic, dried
- 1/2 tsp oregano, dried
- 1/2 tsp basil, dried
- 1/2 tsp dill, dried
- 1/2 tsp parsley, dried
- (To taste) salt and pepper, to taste
Spray a five quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
Open both packages of little potatoes and set aside the garlic parsley seasoning packets.
Slice potatoes in half then put them into your slow cooker.
Pour in olive oil and butter. Then sprinkle both packets of garlic parsley seasoning on top of the potatoes.
Finally, add in minced garlic, parmesan cheese and parsley. Give it all a gentle stir.
Cover and cook on low for about 4 to 5 hours (until fork tender.)
