With just a few ingredients and a few minutes prep, this sausage and potatoes sheet pan recipe is an easy dinner idea for any night of the week.
- Baking sheet
- 1 lb Little Potatoes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 cup green beans
- 1/2 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 raw Italian sausage links (mild or spicy)
Preheat oven to 400 °F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper (optional).
Add potatoes, pepper, beans, and onion to a large bowl.
Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir to coat.
Spread vegetables on baking sheet. Place Italian sausages on sheet pan, arranging vegetables so everything is in a single layer.
Bake at 400 °F for 20 minutes or until sausages and potatoes are cooked through (sausages should reach an internal temperature of 160 °F). Serve.
