Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cut larger Creamer potatoes in half so all potatoes are approximately the same size for even roasting.
On a large baking tray, combine potatoes, pearl onions, cut artichokes, sundried tomatoes, capers, and seasoning.
Drizzle with reserved oil from sun-dried tomatoes and toss to coat.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until potatoes are easily pierced with a sharp knife.
Garnish with shaved Parmesan and sliced basil leaves.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
