Tip: For even more flavor and to make the potatoes extra crispy, cut in half before tossing in the seasoning and roasting.

Ingredients
Potatoes:
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes (this recipe uses Little Purely Purplesâ„¢, but you can use any kind you like)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
Garnish:
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 orange, zested

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° F.

In the meantime, in a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the orange juice.

Toss the potatoes in the seasoning mix and place on a parchment lined baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with orange juice, chopped. Cilantro, and additional zest before serving.
