  • 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce (store bought or homemade)
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
  • 3 bocconcini cheese pieces, sliced

Instructions

  • Step 1

    In a large pot, combine tomato sauce and water. Add potatoes and cook on a low simmer for 30 minutes or until fork tender.

    Add sliced cheese to the top and broil for three minutes or until golden brown.
