- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes, halved
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).

Oil a baking pan with a little canola oil.

Pour the halved potatoes in the baking pan and spread out evenly.

Pour the tomato sauce over top.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are almost done.
