These skewers can easily be made up to one day ahead—simply refrigerate until ready to serve and serve cold or remove from the refrigerator 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

  • Large pot
  • Medium glass bowl


  • 10 Little Potatoes
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 10 mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 10 pepperoni, sliced


  • Step 1

    In a large pot of boiling water, cook little potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.

  • Step 2

    Add potatoes to a medium glass bowl and toss with oil, basil, oregano and salt until coated.

  • Step 3

    Place one tomato, cheese chunk, pepperoni slice, and potato on each skewer and serve at room temperature. Serve alongside pizza sauce or ranch dressing for a delectably dip-able snack.
