- Large pot
- Wooden skewers
- 16 Little Potatoes
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- 16 small mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup pesto
Place whole potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until fork tender; strain and let cool slightly.
