Little Potatoes roasted with sage, rosemary, and thyme. An effortless side dish for any night of the week!
- Baking sheet
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
Toss together the potatoes, olive oil, herbs and salt and pepper until well coated.
Place in a single layer in a roasting dish and roast for 35 minutes until crispy and potatoes are creamy and tender inside.
