  • 1 package Oven or Grill Ready Little Potatoes
  • 1.5 lbs protein of your choice (smokies, sausages, shrimp, chickpeas)
  • 2 cups vegetables (mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, onion, cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded (cheddar, mozzarella, Havarti, provolone)

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Cut the protein into bite-sized pieces if necessary. For beans, simply rinse and drain them.

  • Step 2

    Slice the assorted vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

  • Step 3

    Oil and season potatoes using packs included in Oven or Grill Ready tray. If using beans, simply rinse and drain them.

  • Step 4

    Tear four large pieces of aluminum foil and fold over the edges of each kit to seal the pack completely. Ensure that there are no gaps where steam can escape.

  • Step 5

    Place the foil packs on a grate over the campfire. Cook for about 25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are tender, and the protein is cooked through.
