Preparation

Cook the Little potatoes for five minutes.

Press each of the potatoes gently to make smashed potato patties.

Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes for 3 to 4 minutes each side to brown well.

Combine all of the smoked salmon tartare ingredients.

Spread each potato with a little cream cheese and top with smoked salmon tartare. Serve.
