It isn’t football season without some delicious tailgating snacks, and there’s plenty more than chips and dips on the roster. Wow your guests with some unexpected game day food that will score big points. Serve these crowd-pleasing kebabs you can make in a snap.
Notes:
If using bamboo skewers, soak in water for 20 minutes beforehand to help prevent charring.
Serve 1 kebab as an appetizer or 2 kebabs as a main dish.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup grainy Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 (14 oz) package your favorite bratwurst sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes, steamed
- 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

Step 1
Whisk together mustard, honey, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper. Reserve 1/4 cup; set aside.

Thread brats, cherry tomatoes, potatoes, and onion alternately onto 12 skewers. Brush with remaining honey sauce.

Preheat grill to medium heat; grease grate well. Cook kebabs, turning occasionally, for 5 to 8 minutes or until sausage is golden. Serve with reserved sauce.
