- Saucepan or small bowl (for melting butter)
- Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
- 2 Tbsp fresh herbs, chopped (your choice of parsley, rosemary, sage, oregano, or whatever you have on hand)
- (To taste) salt and pepper
Instructions

Step 1
If using butter, melt over stovetop or in microwave.

Toss Little Potatoes in large bowl with oil or butter and add salt and pepper to taste. Place in Air Fryer basket.

Air Fry Little Potatoes at 390 °F for 25 minutes.

Once done, sprinkle fresh herbs of your choice and serve.
