Ingredients

  • 1 package A Little Garlic & Parmesanâ„¢ Oven or Grill Ready Little Potatoes
  • (To taste) pepperoni or salami slices
  • 1 jar your favorite pizza sauce
  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (feel free to use more!)
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • (Optional) Fresh arugula

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).

  • Step 2

    Prepare the Little Potatoes according to package directions, but remove from oven after 20 minutes. Slice potatoes in half.

  • Step 3

    Place naan on a baking sheet. Add a layer of pizza sauce and arrange the sliced potatoes and pepperoni on top.

  • Step 4

    Sprinkle with cheese and Italian herbs. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and edges are crisp.

  • Step 5

    Top with fresh arugula if desired and serve.
