Garam masala, turmeric, and curry powder dress up this variation to incorporate flavors inspired by Indian cuisine. Top with fresh cilantro to add an extra pop of color.
- Frying pan
- Small bowl
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes, quartered
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ground black mustard
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Heat frying pan over medium heat. Add oil and fry potatoes for 15 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
While potatoes are cooking combine all spices in a small bowl.
Once potatoes are cooked, remove from heat and stir in spice mixture. Add a little more oil if necessary.
Serve and top with fresh cilantro.
