Preparation

Preheat oven to 425° F. 


Follow package directions for cooking Little potatoes but only cook for three minutes.

Carefully remove tray from microwave and add oil and seasoning package to container. Toss until seasoning covers potatoes. 


Place seasoned potatoes on a parchment or foil lined baking tray and smash with a fork. Top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
