Crispy smashed potatoes with delicious garlic parsley seasoning.
- Baking tray
- Aluminum Foil or Parchment Paper
- 1 package A Little Garlic Parsley™ Microwave Ready Little Potatoes
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Follow package directions for cooking little potatoes but only cook for three minutes.
Carefully remove tray from the microwave and add oil and seasoning package to the container. Toss until seasoning covers the potatoes.
Place seasoned potatoes on a parchment or foil lined baking tray and smash with a fork. Top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
