Prep this easy slow cooker recipe the night before and wake up to the delightful aroma of ready-to-eat Creamer potatoes.
- Slow cooker
- 3 lbs Little Potatoes
- 1 large onion, halved
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne powder
- (A pinch) ground nutmeg
- (To taste) salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup butter, melted (can use oil for vegan recipe!)
Combine all seasonings and mix well.
Place potatoes and onions into a six-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with seasonings and butter. Mix until well combined.
Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours on low heat, 4 to 6 on high heat (if you go the high heat route, be sure to toss every so often as the ingredients can burn).
Sprinkle with fresh oregano if desired and serve!
