- Large microwave-safe bowl
- Metal or wooden skewers
- 24 Little Potatoes
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 to 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
Place little potatoes in a large, microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for five minutes, or until potatoes are almost cooked through (3 to 4 minutes for smaller potatoes).
Toss potatoes with oil, salt and pepper. Set aside to let potatoes cool enough to handle while you preheat the barbecue to medium-high heat.
Skewer potatoes (be sure to use metal skewers or wooden skewers that have been soaked first) and grill for 2 to 3 minutes each side, until cooked through.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
