It’s so much easier than you think to cook potatoes—especially if they’re Little! Get started with this simple, two-step recipe with five ingredients you probably already have in your pantry.
- Large saucepan
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 to 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Add potatoes to large saucepan and cover with cold water (this is to ensure even cooking). Bring the potatoes to a boil and cook for 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain and toss with oil, salt, pepper, and parsley. Serve!
