This simple five ingredient recipe of barbecued potatoes and sausages will be the star of your summer entertaining needs.

  • 1 package any flavor Roast or Grill Ready Little Potatoes
  • (To taste) olive oil
  • 1 package five sausage brats
  • (To taste) barbecue sauce
  • (To taste) parsley, chopped


  • Step 1

    Prepare the potatoes per package instructions and place on the barbecue to cook.

  • Step 2

    After about 10 minutes place the sausage on the barbecue and start to cook them.

  • Step 3

    At the very end of cooking, slather on the barbecue sauce on the sausage and turn over to evenly coat. Remove both the potatoes and sausage.

  • Step 4

    Slice up the sausage and halve any of the large potatoes. Careful they will be hot of course, use a knife and fork to make it easier.

  • Step 5

    Place in a serving dish and garnish with any of the oil that is left in the potato tray and top with the parsley. Serve with toothpicks.
