Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.

Add in Little potatoes and boil for 15 minutes (or until fork tender).

Transfer potatoes to a food processor and add in the garlic, almond milk, sour cream, salt and pepper.

Process until smooth, then transfer to a bowl.

Garnish with a sprinkle of nitrate-free beef bacon and chives!

Serve with a side of eggs and spinach (or as a side to your favourite main meal!)
