Equipment
- Heavy duty aluminum foil
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
- 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
- 4 tbsp butter or margarine, cubed
- 4 tsp garlic salt
- 2 cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 hot dogs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- (To taste) pepper
Instructions

Preheat the grill to 400°F

Slice Little Potatoes in half

Spray a large sheet of aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray.

Place one cup of sliced potatoes on top of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of diced onions, if desired.

Dot one tablespoon of butter on top of the little potatoes.

Season potatoes with one teaspoon of garlic salt and pepper (or to taste).

Then top with 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

Top with one hot dog. Then drizzle with about 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Wrap the packet up by folding in the sides. Continue with the last three packets.

Place on the preheated grill and cook for 15 to 20 minutes (until potatoes are fork tender).

Carefully open the package and dig in! Top with sliced green onions if desired.
