These crispy golden brown roasted potatoes inspired by Cajun cuisine are a fast and delicious fix for a side dish any time. They pair gorgeously with a roast to chicken, fish, and more! Any night can be livened up with these fantastic potatoes.
- Baking sheet
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Your favorite Cajun seasoning
- (To taste) salt
- (To taste) Ranch dressing
Preheat oven to 425 °F. Cut Little Potatoes in half and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
Sprinkle with olive oil and toss. Sprinkle with Cajun spices and toss the potatoes to coat evenly.
Roast in a single layer in the oven for 20 minutes, turn, and roast for another 10 minutes until browned and crispy.
Remove from oven, salt slightly. Serve with Ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
