These Barbecue Pork Potato Foil Packets are perfect for the campfire or on a grill. Seasoned potatoes topped with pulled pork, cheese and bacon!

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
- 4 tsp garlic salt
- (To taste) pepper
- 4 Tbsp salted butter
- 1 lb pork barbecue, shredded
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- (For serving) green onions, sliced
Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the grill to 400 °F.

Spray a large sheet of aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place one cup of sliced little potatoes on top of aluminum foil.

Season potatoes with one teaspoon garlic salt and pepper (to taste).

Dot one tablespoon butter on top of potatoes.

Next, dollop about 1/2 cup of shredded pork barbecue on top of potatoes.

Finally, top with 1/4 shredded cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup crumbled bacon.

Wrap the packet up by folding in the sides. Continue with the last three packets.

Place on the preheated grill and cook for about 20 minutes (until potatoes are fork tender).

Carefully open the package and top with sliced green onions (if desired).
