Cheese, bacon, and Little Potatoes combine to make the ultimate indulgent comfort food. It’s easy, delicious, and an instant classic.
- 8" × 8" baking dish
- Large bowl
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes, sliced lengthwise
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp butter, cubed
- 2 cups three cheese blend, shredded
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- (To taste) green onion, sliced
Preheat oven to 400 °F. Spray an 8" × 8" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a bowl combine Little Potatoes, onion, seasoning salt, and garlic salt.
Stir until the potatoes are coated with the seasoning. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Dot the top of the potatoes with cubed butter.
Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes (until potatoes are fork tender.) Take it out of the oven and add shredded cheese and crumbled bacon. Put it back in the oven, uncovered, for another 8 to 10 minutes (until cheese is melted.)
Top with sliced green onions before serving.
