A rich cheese tart appetizer made with puff pastry, Creamer potatoes, onions and raclette cheese. Perfect for tapas parties or potlucks!

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F .
Form a rectangle of 14" x 10’’ with the puff pastry. Place the dough on a baking sheet.
Brush with Dijon mustard and top with slices of cheese.
In a bowl, mix the Little potatoes, onions, herbs and butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the mixture over the entire surface of the dough.
Bake in center of the oven for 30 minutes.
Garnish pie with the cranberry jelly and serve.
