Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
- 1 lb (about 2 to 3) chicken breasts
- 1 small onion
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 sachet A Little Roasted Garlic, Rosemary & Thyme™ seasoning (2 Tbsp your favorite herbs and spices!)
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bacon pieces, cooked
- 3 green onions, sliced for serving
Instructions

Step 1
Slice Little Potatoes in half and onion into large chunks.

Dice chicken into bite-size pieces.

Mix potatoes, chicken, and onion into a large mixing bowl and add in oil and seasoning pack. Stir or use tongs to combine until everything is coated in seasoning.

Spray the basket of a six-quart air fryer with non-stick cooking spray.

Pour coated potatoes, onions and chicken into basket. Cook at 400 °F for about 20 minutes. Shake the mixture about halfway through.

After cooking, sprinkle cheese on top of cooked potatoes and chicken. Then add the bacon on top. Close Air Fryer and cook for another five minutes (at 400 °F).
