Skillet Instructions for Crispy Easy Sides
Heat oil in skillet
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Cut open package
Open package and pour potatoes into skillet.
Arrange potatoes cut side down
Arrange cut side down in hot oil and cook for 5 minutes until crispy.
Turn and cook to crispy
Turn potatoes cut side up and cook for a further 2 minutes (if desired). Enjoy!
