Ways to Cook

Microwave

5 mins

Place potatoes in a microwave-safe dish. Cover, and microwave on high for five minutes.

Boil

15 mins

Place potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water. Add salt and bring to a boil, then cook until fork tender.

Roast

30 mins

Preheat oven to 400 °F. Toss potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, and a few of your favorite seasonings in a large bowl. Evenly spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast until tender.

Grill

30 mins

Preheat grill to 400 °F. Toss potatoes in a large bowl with oil, salt, pepper, and any of your favorite seasonings. Skewer potatoes on pre-soaked wooden or metal skewers, place in a grill-safe pan, or fold in a foil pack, and grill until tender.

Air Fryer

25 mins

Set Air Fryer to 370 °F. Toss potatoes in a bowl with oil, salt, pepper, and your favorite seasonings. In a hurry? Slice the potatoes lengthwise and they’ll be ready in 15 minutes. Just make sure you shake the basket halfway through!
