Thirty years ago, when I was in my mid-twenties, I began this journey with more curiosity than certainty.
I couldn’t have known then that The Little Potato Company would become not just my career, but the work of my adult life.
I grew up alongside this company. As the business found its footing, so did I—learning what it means to lead, to listen, and to make decisions that affect not only a brand, but families, farms, and communities.
There were moments of excitement and moments of doubt, but each season brought new lessons in resilience, patience, and trust. Farming has a way of teaching you that growth can’t be rushed, and neither can people.
Over the years, The Little Potato Company has evolved from an idea into a category, and from a small team into a community of growers, partners, and employees who care deeply about what they do.
Together, we challenged conventions, invested in innovation, and stayed focused on quality—always guided by respect for the land and the people who work it.
Reaching 30 years is both humbling and energizing. I’m incredibly grateful to the farmers who believed in us, the team members who grew with us, the customers who gave me an opportunity, and the consumers who welcomed our little potatoes into their homes.
Looking ahead, I’m excited about what’s possible. Our future is rooted in sustainability, thoughtful growth, and a continued commitment to doing things the right way—even when it’s not the easiest way.
This company has shaped who I am, and I’m proud of what we’ve built together.
After 30 years, our roots are deep, our vision is clear, and the journey continues.
As we celebrate this milestone, we’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited about what’s ahead. Growing together to Feed the World, Better.
