What You’ll Need

  • Printer
  • Summer Activity Book
  • Pencils or pens (and an eraser)
  • Crayons/markers/colored pencils
  • Optional: clipboards for on-the-go, tape or magnets to display finished pages

How to Play

  1. Print the pack and choose a page by interest/age. The Camping Activity Page features mini-games: connect-the-dots campfire, word scramble, I Spy, word search, and tic-tac-toe.
  2. Word scramble: unscramble each camping word.
  3. Connect-the-dots: follow numbers in order to reveal the picture, then color it.
  4. I Spy: circle or color in the matches until you’ve found all 15.
  5. Word search: look left, right, up, down, and diagonally: highlight each found word.
  6. Color the camping scene together—tents, trees, and a cozy riverside campfire.
  7. Add a seasonal twist with the Back-to-School bus coloring page; chat about favorite classes, sports, or lunchbox ideas while you color.
  8. Sign and date your favorites, then display them on the fridge or pack them into a scrapbook to remember your summer.
