What You’ll Need

- Halloween activity sheet (crossword and answer page)
- Pencil (or pen) and eraser
- Optional: crayons/markers for doodles or coloring the header
How to Play
- Print the activity sheet. Keep the answer page tucked aside.
- Read the Down and Across clues out loud and fill in the matching words in the crossword grid. Encourage younger kids to sound out letters and count boxes together.
- Stumped on a clue? Skip it and come back—solved words will reveal helpful letters.
- Check your work using the included Answer Sheet when you’re done (or to offer a friendly hint).
- Add a festive touch: let younger helpers color the tile or draw tiny bats, pumpkins, or stars around the page while older kids finish tougher clues.
