Easy Slow Cooker Breakfast Potatoes

  • 3 lbs Baby Boomer Little Potatoes
  • 1 large onion, halved
  • 1 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne powder
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted (can use oil for vegan recipe!)
Prep this easy slow cooker recipe the night before and wake up to the delightful aroma of ready-to-eat Creamer potatoes.
  1. Combine all seasonings and mix well.
  2. Place potatoes and onions into a six-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with seasonings and butter. Mix until well combined.
  3. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours on low heat, 4 to 6 on high heat (if you go the high heat route, be sure to toss every so often as the ingredients can burn).
  4. Sprinkle with fresh oregano if desired and serve!
