Easy Sides are available in four culinary-inspired flavors. Each pouch contains about three servings, (3/4 cup per serving). Enjoy with your favorite protein for dinner tonight.
Sea Salt & Black Pepper
The natural, melt-in-your-mouth richness of our Little potatoes takes center stage, perfectly seasoned with sea salt and black pepper.
Onion & Garlic
We delicately infused our naturally buttery Little potatoes with a savory onion and garlic seasoning.
Sweet Bell Pepper & Onion
We gently heightened the natural velvety essence of our Little potatoes with a sweet bell pepper and onion seasoning.

There are a few ways you can enjoy Easy Sides. We recommend the skillet method—all you have to do is heat, stir, and enjoy crispy Little potatoes in just 7 minutes!
Skillet Instructions for Crispy Potatoes
Add oil to skillet
Heat one tablespoon oil in a non-stick skillet.
Cut open package
Open package and pour potatoes into skillet.
Arrange potatoes cut side down
Arrange cut side down in hot oil and cook for 5 minutes until crispy.
Turn and cook to crispy
Turn potatoes cut side up and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Do they need to be refrigerated?
Yes, this is a fully cooked product and must be refrigerating until ready for use.
What is sous-vide style cooking?
If you watch food cooking competitions on TV, then you’ve likely seen the sous-vide method of cooking. It is a French term, meaning ‘under vacuum’, and commonly used to infuse delicious flavor into foods like potatoes—vegetables, or proteins, and more.
Our Little potatoes are lightly seasoned and then vacuum-sealed in a BPA-free pouch, so no air is inside, and then cooked slowly in a warm water bath. Once it’s done they are quickly chilled to stop further cooking and preserve the flavor, texture, and nutrients for you to enjoy at home.
Is the plastic pouch safe?
Yes, it’s BPA-free and safe to heat.

How do you cook them?
Easy Sides are fully-cooked and pre-seasoned so all you have to do is heat them up. When you cook in a skillet, they’re crispy in 7 minutes.
You can also reheat Easy Sides in your oven or microwave, though we recommend cooking in a skillet.
For the oven: Preheat your oven to 375° F. Then remove the potatoes from the container and spread evenly on a foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle two tablespoons of oil over the potatoes and mix well. Roast for 15 minutes or until hot. Enjoy!
For the microwave: Remove the potatoes from the pouch and pour in to a microwave safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes depending on your microwave. Stir well, and let stand for one minute before serving.
Can you recycle the package?
Yes. Please clean the plastic pouch after using contents, allow to dry, and recycle where facilities are available in your area. The outer carton is not recyclable however, due to a water-resistant layer that allows it to hold up under refrigerated conditions.
