There is something so special about roasting and grilling Creamer Potatoes. These methods crisp up the outsides while keeping the insides unbelievably soft and “melty.” It’s a wonderful contrast that never fails to delight. Plus, roasting and grilling develop the flavors and bring out the unique characteristics of each variety. They are highly versatile cooking methods, which work with every ingredient, cuisine, and mood you can think of.

Here’s what you do:
1. Preheat your oven or grill to 400 F (200 C).
2. Toss Creamer potatoes with your favorite cooking oil and seasonings.
3. To roast: Place potatoes on a baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes or until tender.
To grill: Wrap potatoes in aluminum foil or place in a foil tray. Cook for 40 minutes or until tender.
