Salt Potatoes

1 2 lb bag your favourite LITTLE POTATO COMPANY potatoes
1 ½ c salt
¼ lb melted butter
Method:
Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Add the salt and bring to a boil; simmer gently until potatoes are fully cooked, about 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and serve with melted butter.
