Onion Potatoes

1 2 lb bag your favourite LITTLE POTATO COMPANY potatoes
1 package dried onion soup mix
4 T butter
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Quarter the potatoes, then toss with the dried soup mix, pour into an oven-proof casserole dish, dot with butter, cover and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender.
