1 2 lb bag your favourite LITTLE POTATO COMPANY potatoes
4 pork chops
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 large yellow onions, sliced
2 cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c grated marble cheese
salt/pepper
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and place them in a roaster or oven-proof baking dish. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes. In the meantime, slice the potatoes into medium slices. Remove the pan from the oven and turn the heat up to 350 degrees. Layer the remaining ingredients on top of the pork chops as follows: ½ the onions, two garlic cloves, ½ the potatoes, 1 can of soup, cover with water, then repeat,

giving the final layer a generous seasoning of black pepper. Cover and bake for 45 minutes, then sprinkle the cheese and bake 15 minutes longer. Remove the pan from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
