JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Inside Sales Manager
Terms: Full Time, Permanent
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager
PRIMARY FOCUS:
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the Inside Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day functions of the sales & marketing team, providing support to the Sales & Marketing Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and monitor customer service procedures
Oversee and serve as back up to CSR team
Prioritize orders in conjunction with operational/logistical capacity
Monitor customer communication and feedback
Update broker partners on daily issues
Monitor operational functions to anticipate and troubleshoot problems
Communicate with internal customers (Field, Operations, Logistics, Accounting) on sales plan execution
Monitor off site and aged inventory
Balance short term inventory and coordinate crop transitions using forecasting
Forecast long term supply planning
Participate in yearly sales budgeting
Complete and distribute sales reporting
Provide support to Sales & Marketing Manager as required
Special projects as assigned.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5 or more years related experience.
Strong customer service experience.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Effective time management skills in a fast paced, changing environment.
Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
